The SWITCHTOHEALTHY project recently made its debut at the "East Mediterranean International Tourism & Travel Exhibition" (EMITT) held in Istanbul, Turkey. As one of the world's largest tourism fairs, EMITT provided a good platform to showcase the project's mission: promoting and offering effective actions for a switch towards the Mediterranean food model.

The partner KTB (Izmir Provincial Directorate of Culture and Tourism) presented SWITCHTOHEALTHY's goals and methodology to the public attending the fair. Overall the event provided a good opportunity to interact with industry professionals and tourism experts, and to receive useful feedback.
