ENCO is an experienced business innovation consulting company based in Naples, since 1987. The company acts as a facilitator for business, product, technology and process innovation in different industrial areas. It is specialised, inter alia, in two main fields: a) Market analysis, business plan and exploitation plans; b) Communication & dissemination strategies.
Main role in the project
ENCO acts as Project Coordinator (leading WP7) counting on an extensive expertise at this level, in particular, in H2020-PRIMA projects. ENCO leads the Market analysis, business modelling and marketing strategies of the project results and is responsible for the IPR and Innovation Management.
