Consumers Lebanon Association, in collaboration with Shouf Biosphere Reserve and the Farm of Abou Saab Brothers, has organized a Workshop Day on “Mediterranean Diet and being healthy”. The informative event will take place on the 23rd of June 2023 at the Farm of Abou Saab Brothers in Ein Zhalta (Lebanon).

During the workshop, the richness of the Mediterranean Diet and its positive impact on overall health and well-being will be illustrated, and the project SWITCHtoHEALTHY’s aims and methodology will be presented to the public.

The workshop day will also include a guided tour of organic agriculture on the farm and a practical session on crafting healthy Mediterranean dishes.
