Workshop Day on Mediterranean Diet and Healthy Living

The Consumers Lebanon Association, in collaboration with Shouf Biosphere Reserve and the Farm of Abou Saab Brothers, organized a Workshop Day on June 23, 2023, focused on the topic "Mediterranean Diet and being healthy". The event, that took place on the Farm of Abou Saab Brothers in Ein Zhalta, aimed to educate the public about the benefits of the Mediterranean Diet and introduce them to the objectives and methods of the SWITCHtoHEALTHY project.
The workshop included a guided tour of the farm and a practical session on crafting healthy Mediterranean dishes.
