The collaboration between Campania schools and the SWITCHTOHEALTHY project is going on, as recent activities at IC San Marco Bonito Cosenza in Castellammare di Stabia (Naples) show. A few weeks ago, students were actively engaged in preparing healthy “bruschette,” exploring nutritious ingredients, and learning about balanced eating habits. The SWITCHtoHEALTHY initiative, which promotes healthy food choices also among children and adolescents, was introduced by teachers and discussed with students.
In a recent development, the children of IC San Marco Bonito Cosenza have taken this engagement a step further by participating in a video play featuring the project’s recipes created by the University of Parma. This activity aims to reinforce the project’s core messages through creative expression, enabling students to showcase and internalize healthy eating practices. The video recipes made by students will be soon published on SWITCHtoHEALTHY website and social media
