The project SWITCHtoHEALTHY was presented on the 19th and 20th of August in the Barouk village (Chouf district, Lebanon) by Consumers Lebanon during the fifth edition of the “Sustainable Agriculture Market”. The partner Consumers Lebanon illustrated the project to the visitors and discussed with them the importance of food safety and innovation in the Mediterranean cuisine.
