– Borj Hammoud Official School – Salloumi
– Sin El Fil Official School – Sin El Fil
– المدرسة الأسقفية المجانية – Bekaa

These sessions aimed to educate students on the health benefits of the Mediterranean diet and to promote healthier lifestyle choices.
Since the beginning of May, SWITCHtoHEALTHY, through Consumers Lebanon, has carried out extensive awareness activities in schools, reaching around 1.600 students of various ages. These sessions have provided students with knowledge about the principles of the Mediterranean diet and practical methods to maintain healthy eating habits.
The initiative highlights the importance of early education in promoting long-term health and wellness, by introducing students to nutritious eating patterns based on the Med Diet.
