The project SWITCHtoHEALTHY has just been presented by Simona Mincione of ENCO srl, together with the partner Bursa Uludag University, at the EFFoST2022 Conference (Dublin), that is focused on the theme "Shaping the Production of Sustainable, Healthy Foods for the Future".
