On the 9th of February 2023 a very interesting online meeting was held with professor Dimitris Tsaltas (EIT Food), member of the project's External Advisory Board. Professor Tsaltas expressed his opinions on the project’s activities and shared with the coordinator Enco srl and Regione Campania valuable insights for the communication campaign and the scope of action of the Permanent Observatory. The discussion was thought-provoking and very helpful also in respect to possible additional networking activities.
