The Izmir Provincial Directorate of Culture and Tourism (KTB) participated in the HORECA Foodfair 2024, held from February 13 to 16 in Izmir, Turkey. The event, which was addressed to hotels, restaurants, and catering industries, provided an ideal platform to introduce SWITCHtoHEALTHY aims, methodology and early results. Attendees were engaged through informative conversations and the distribution of leaflets outlining the main aspects of the project.
