SWITCHtoHEALTHY at the Izmir Book Fair (Turkey)

The SWITCHtoHEALTHY project was introduced at the Izmir Book Fair, held from April 19 to 28 in Izmir, Turkey. The Izmir Provincial Directorate of Culture and Tourism (KTB) engaged the attendees through informative talks and the distribution of brochures. Fair visitors were briefed on the project’s early results and methodology, gaining insights on its mission to promote healthier dietary habits. As the project progresses, its outputs will be condensed into valuable study resources, including new policy briefs, a digital recipe book, and hands-on, co-created educational materials.
