Professor Nada Nehme from the association Consumers Lebanon will deliver today the presentation “Adaptation of climate change and food system – Case Study: Mediterranean food”, focusing on the Mediterranean diet and introducing the project’s activities, during the awareness session organised by Raed (Arab Network for Environment and Development). Today’s meeting, centred on the interconnection between energy, water, food security and environmental systems in the context of climate adaptation, is one of the activities scheduled in the Arabic regions ahead of the COP28 (United Nations Climate Change Conference) works
