On May 23, 2024, the SWITCHtoHEALTHY project was introduced during the Week of Turkish Cuisine at the Izmir Art and Culture Factory. Hosted by Governor of Izmir Dr. Süleyman Elban, the event saw a large turnout, including representatives from chambers and students from universities and high school gastronomy departments. The SWITCHtoHEALTHY initiatives were presented by KTB – Izmir Provincial Directorate of Culture and Tourism through leaflets and informative talks, focusing on healthier lifestyle choices alongside Turkey’s rich culinary traditions.
